Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating in a SegCity Segway Galveston tour, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. You understand that riding a Segway involves inherent risks, including falls, collisions, and loss of control, which may result in injury. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release SegCity Segway Galveston, its owners, guides, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

  • You agree to follow all safety instructions and wear provided safety equipment.
  • You certify you are in good health and meet age/weight requirements.
  • Minors must have a parent/guardian consent.
  • You consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary.
  • You grant permission for non-commercial use of photos/videos taken during tours.
